What's going on?
Trixie's started as a way to provide fresh baked, plant-based, pizzas to friends and family during COVID. The pizzas were so popular we were encauraged to sell them, so we did, right out of our home kitchen (not exactly legal). Then came the trailer. We modified a small trailer to fit a wood fired oven and sold pizzas out of our driveway here in Beacon (also not legal). In 2024 we decided to go legit. We found a small space that needed a lot of work, but the location was right and we saw the potential. We now have a permanent home right off of Main Street in Beacon, NY.
